Learnings & Conclusion
Budgets are always a harsh limitation in architectural projects. We created a first MVP of the restaurant of the future, which when making more revenue will evolute into that.
Outcome
We developed a simplified restaurant concept due to the client's budget and temporary contract, with plans to add futuristic elements later. COVID-19's impact led to the initial operator's bankruptcy six months after opening, but the restaurant's infrastructure was preserved and is now under new management.
Solution
In partnership with the Building Architects, the project manager and building supervisor, and as well the contractor and our client, the Sarah Wiener Group, we created a design for the restaurant interior that we presented and then implemented ourselves in cooperation with the contractor.
Hypothesis
The future is bright, and this space should reflect that.

Process
IDEATION
We created a presentation with Moodboards, Ideas and concepts of what the restaurant could include and how it could look.
DESIGN & DETAILS
When the presentation was approved, we moved on into creating the design and detail plans that needed to be approved and provided for the building contractor.
SUPERVISION
We had to overview the correct execution of the design being built by the contractor.
